If you see an issue with your order, or an item you ordered is missing when it arrives at your door, we will provide a refund.
Customers are refunded for the reasons below:
- Missing items – you never received an item
- Incorrect items – you received an item but it was not as ordered
- Incorrect orders – you received an incorrect order
When items are missing, we’ll refund the customer the sales price of the item at the time of the order. If an entire order is incorrect, your entire order is refunded for the delivery and service.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. For pick up orders please contact your local store directly and cancel your order.
